"Earth's Mightiest Heroes" should get Earth's greatest actors... but then the world would implode. Along with my testes.

The Avengers is easily my favourite comic book series/superhero group. Thus, I have been eagerly waiting for a studio to pick up my screenplay for the Avengers film for years. Sadly, this has yet to happen, but the next best thing is going to happen come 2012. While no one can ever write an Avengers screenplay as well as I, I firmly believe that Joss Whedon will do a great job. Mainly because he has written one of my favourite movies of all time (many people will argue otherwise), Titan A.E. He's also written the script(s)/screenplay for Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Toy Story and one episode of Glee (Dream On). But for a big shot film like this, script isn't everything. One would need the perfect cast to support the faces of the Avengers. My dream cast (decided solely on looks and opinion) would go as follows: RDJr (Iron Man), Adrien Brody or Anton Yelchin OR Ewan McGregor (the Hulk/Bruce Banner), Patrick Wilson (Captain America), [Dream]Dolph Lundgren or [Reality] Karl Urban (Thor), Tommy Lee Jones (Nick Fury), James McAvoy (Loki), Kellan Lutz or Ethan Hawke (Hawkeye). As far as the chosen cast for the actual film, I am pretty much fine with every choice except for Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk/Bruce Banner. Mark Ruffalo is a fine actor an all, but I can't picture him in this role and am curious to see what he does with it. Anyway, there you go. For better or worse, the Avengers film is coming and I certainly have high hopes for it.

Dear god... April 19, 2011 - Skynet goes fully self-aware. This is gonna be my final birthday. And your last day to celebrate my birthday.

This year, I won't be celebrating my birthday on April 21, 2011. Instead, I will be awaiting Judgement day as predicted in the Terminator. That day, Kyle Reese will witness nuclear missiles being launched while playing baseball. But seriously, people need to get lives instead of creating entire alternate worlds according to a movie... now that I made that claim, I must also say that it's awesome that my birthday has some significance in the Terminator world and that I totally respect the people who do these fan fiction sort of stuff. Or well, not fiction to those people, but a fanality (Fan + Reality). I just realized that word I created has the word "Anal" in it and I giggle, not going to lie. But that's besides the point. As a nerd, I am completely thrilled to have my birthday lie on such an important day in human history. Take care everybody, enjoy the 247 days you have left. Thanks for the sweet birthday gift, nerds.

Where the hell is my white backdrop?

So I've recently made the switch from PC to Mac. And by recent, I mean a matter of about two days. As far as I can tell, this is easily the fastest, easiest and prettiest machine I have ever handled (17" Macbook Pro, i7). Granted, it is also the most expensive machine I've ever used (2500+), it is definitely worth the expenditure if you can afford it. As far as my PC vs Mac biases lie as of now, budget-wise, PCs are a better choice in general whereas Macs are on the farthest reach of computer price ranges. However, they do make up in quality what they lack in frugality. So all in all, if you can afford to drop the money, Mac is where it's at. In other Mac news; apparently while Justin Long advocates Macs being greater than PCs, Matt Damon advocates the iPhone 4's ability to have cellular conversations with deaf girlfriends. Seriously check out the commercial, he looks like Matt Damon. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yatSAEqNL7k). That is all.
